Crime Catcher

This application will be especially handy if you want to keep a room under surveillance using motion detection.

Crime Catcher installs itself in inactive mode on your computer, watching for movement and any other kind of activity in the room using the webcam.

Every time the program detects a strange movement, it begins to record a video sequence until all returns to normal once again. This way, you'll know what happens in that room when you’re not there.

It can also be very useful in rooms in which children are sleeping because as soon as they wake up you'll know thanks to the alarms you'll have defined earlier.

There is also the option of automatically receiving emails that include the recorded webcam images.
